Please make sure that the headphones have entered the pairing mode (the state indicator should flash cyan). In case the state indicator has a steady cyan light, press and hold the Volume+ and Volume- buttons for 3 seconds.
In order to connect the headphones to your device successfully, please make sure that the conditions below are met:
- Proper environment: no antennas or multiple other wireless devices nearby
- The distance between your device and the headset is less than 30 feet / 10 meters
- The headset is not low on power.
If you still cannot pair your Z7-Pro with your device, we kindly ask you to try to pair it with another device. Is the result the same?

Please also note that high humidity and extreme temperatures can cause the deformation of the device and affect its performance. Please let us know if your headphones were damaged or exposed to extreme temperatures.
