I am very sorry to hear that the ANC technology on your Z7-Pro does not meet your expectations.
The TREBLAB Z7-Pro headphones feature Hybrid Active Noise Cancellation technology. This technology provides the ability not only to decrease the surrounding noise in the ANC mode but also to amplify some frequencies in the Ambient Sound mode to hear voices when using the Z7-Pro headphones.
Note that the noise-canceling headphones are headphones that reduce unwanted ambient sounds (low frequencies) using active noise control, but this doesn’t imply a total reduction of environmental noises when not listening to music. The purpose of the ANC technology is to provide an absolute reduction of ambient noise while listening to music only.
The sound prompts for the ANC modes are as follows:
