Step 1
If others cannot hear you well during a call, do the following to try to resolve this issue:
1) Check if the settings for incoming and outgoing calls on your device are set as required (refer to the pictures below: these are mic setting instructions for various operating systems: Windows, MacOS, iOS, Android);
2) Ensure that the other person on the call has their volume on and loud enough.
3) Make sure the microphones are not covered/blocked by anything.
4) Clean the microphone openings with a small soft brush soaked in rubbing alcohol.
Please keep in mind the following:
- If the headset is used with the AUX cable, the built-in mic is disabled, and only the device's mics can be used.
- If the headset is used in Bluetooth mode, the mic located on the right side will be used for calls.
If the issue persists, check the mic performance after connecting your Z7-Pro to another device. You can also check the microphone by trying to call different people.
Step 2
1. Please ensure that your TREBLAB Z7-Pro have a charge, are not charging right now, the AUX cable is not plugged in and the headphones are not connected to any device.
2. Turn ON your headphones.
3. Press and hold the Volume+ and Volume- buttons for 3 seconds. The headphones will automatically turn off.
4. Try to pair again
That should hopefully take care of the problem.
Once the reset is complete, please try your mic again, having connected your Z7-Pro headphones to another device and trying to call different people.
