STEP 1
1) Ensure the earbuds are in pairing mode(?) LED flashing blue and red after pressing and holding the HOME button for 4 seconds and not charging at the moment.
2) Make sure the following conditions are met:
- Proper environment (no antennas, steel, a lot of other BT devices nearby)
- Clear path (no solid obstructions: walls, a lot of furniture, etc.)
- No other electronics on body (no walkie-talkies etc.)
- The headset is not running out of power.
3) If the issue persists, please try to connect the earbuds to another device.
NOTE: The TREBLAB XR800 is enabled with a multi-point connection function, meaning it can be paired to 2 devices at a time. The system will prevent pairing with any other devices. When you turn the earbuds ON, they will try to reconnect with the most-recently connected device. If reconnection does not happen automatically, the earbuds will try to find the next device in the pairing list.
STEP 2
Kindly troubleshoot your pair by the following steps:
1. While plugged in, press/hold the POWER button for 5-7 seconds until the LED flashes blue 3 times. This will reset the earphones to factory settings.
2. Go to your device's Bluetooth menu and delete "Treblab" from the list by clicking "forget this device".
3. Turn your device's Bluetooth off and on. Treblab earphones will be deleted.
4. Reboot the device.
5. Unplug Treblab from the charging cable and power them on.
6. Enter the earphones into the pairing mode and connect them to your device:
I. To set the buds into pairing mode, kindly press and hold the POWER button on the right earbud. You will hear the "Power ON" voice prompt, and "PAIRING" a few seconds later (LED will flash red and blue rapidly).
