STEP 1
If the headset is fully charged, but still doesn't turn on, please follow the steps below:
1. clean the POWER button:
- Make sure the headset is turned off and disconnected from your device or any power source.
- Take a clean slightly damp washcloth and wipe down the POWER button (We recommend using clear water, or detergent for electronics). Alternatively, you can use special cleaning wipes for electronics.
- Dry the button thoroughly.
2. check if the headset works via LINE-IN mode.
STEP 2
Kindly troubleshoot the headset by performing the following steps:
1. Please ensure that your TREBLAB E3 are fully charged and turned off.
2. Go to your device's Bluetooth menu and delete "Treblab" from the list by clicking “forget this device.”
3. Turn your device's Bluetooth off and on. Treblab earphones will be deleted.
4. Turn ON your E3 by long-pressing the POWER button for 3 seconds. You will hear the “POWER ON” sound clue. Then you will see the blue/red flashing indicating that the headphones are in Pairing mode.
5. Using your device, scan/search for available Bluetooth® devices. TREBLAB E3 should be in the device list.
6. Select it. Once E3 is successfully paired and connected, the LED will start flashing BLUE slowly.
