If your headset doesn't work via LINE-IN mode, please follow the steps below:
1) Clean the AUX cable and the cable "head" with a small soft brush to remove debris.
2) Check if there is visible damage to the AUX port.
3) Try to use another AUX cable.
If the issue was resolved with another AUX cable, please click go to "Defective AUX cable" section.
