1. What is the AUX cable for?
AUX cable (Auxiliary Input Cable) is the simplest audio connection cable, that looks like ordinary headphone sockets. Paired with an AUX-IN cable, Z2 will allow you to input sound from any media device with a normal headphone socket. This is one of the easiest ways to play music, audiobooks or podcasts. The headphones battery is not discharging while using the AUX cable. Z2 AUX cable is enabled with a multifunctional control button, you can find the detailed description of its functionality in the user manual.
2. Will the Aux wire-in connection work when the headphones have no power?
The TREBLAB Z2 headphones should have at least 1-2% of charge to operate via Line-In mode.
3. Would these headphones keep out noise during flights for sleeping?
You can use the TREBLAB Z2 for noise-isolation without music playback by having ANC ON. These are active noise-canceling headphones that reduce unwanted ambient sounds using active noise control, but it doesn't imply a total reduction of environmental noises under the condition that the music on them is OFF.
The purpose of ANC technology is to provide an absolute reduction of ambient noises while listening to music only.
4. Can I use a wall charger?
It is recommended to charge the headphones using the USB port of the laptop, PC or powerbank.
However, if you'd like to use a wall charger, make sure that its output voltage is 5V and its capacity is at least 0.5 Ah (500 mAh). These specifications are printed on any wall charger.

With aptX Low Latency you can enjoy the freedom of wireless for applications such as gaming and watching videos.
13. What is the Active Noise Cancellation technology?
TREBLAB Z2 headphones are equipped with Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) technology. The headphones cancel background noise in your environment for an optimal acoustic experience. To turn the ANC function ON, move the ANC switch on the left earphone to the ON position. The LED indicator located next to the switch will turn RED. You can also use TREBLAB Z2 for noise-isolation without music playback by having ANC ON.
14. What type of Active Noise Cancellation is used in Z2 headphones?
Z2 is enabled with ANC function, of the "hybrid" type. That means the headphones are combining feedforward and feedback ANC by placing a microphone on the inside and outside of the ear cup. This type of ANC can suppress noise at a broader range of frequencies, adapt to and correct errors, and is not as sensitive to how the person wears the headset. ANC function is quite energy-consuming, and using this can increase the battery discharge. You can use the ANC function in both modes (BT and Line-in), for listening to music, or independently - as a noise-isolating function.
