Everyone has individual anatomic features, and that's why there are some critical points in fitting earbuds that we should pay attention to.
How to wear J1?
Always start with one side to put on, the left for example. Gently push it towards your ear canal, but don’t force it in. It should now rest comfortably in the outer part of your ear hole, with the speaker hanging around the crevice of your ear.
How to put on ear tips?
The key to a proper earphone fit is using the right size ear tip. Better to try the silicone tips that come with your earphones. However, if you have tried all supplied ear tips from the TREBLAB set, in this case, to find comfort and a better fit, you might also buy specialized tips. Foam tips are more forgiving for size differences, so are an excellent option for hard-to-fit ears.
Also, kindly note that one ear may be slightly larger than the other, so you may need to use a different size tip for each ear.
To seat the ear tip firmly try gently pulling on the outer rim of your ear to ease the tip into a comfortable position. You should notice a drop in ambient noise when the tip is seated correctly. And when you're listening to music, you'll notice more range.

How to use the cord minder?
The cable clip (cord minder) is used to adjust the length of the cord around your neck. Basically, it fastens the cord between the earbuds and reduces its length.
For using a cord minder, you need to put the connection cable in the gaps of the grooved plastic piece. You will have a cable loop, and by holding the clip with one hand and pulling the loop with another hand, you can adjust the size of the connection cable.
The correct way to use it is shown in the picture below.
