If one earbud doesn`t work, please check the cord for visible damage, wiring exposed, etc.
Note: The earbuds should be kept in the carrying case and gently pulled out of the ears without sharp actions.
Kindly reset your pair by the following steps:
1. Connect the earphones to a power source.
2. While charging - press and hold the POWER button for 5-7 seconds.
3. Unplug the headset from the power source and pair it to your source device.
And kindly try adjusting the equalizer on your device and please double-check upon additional apps installed for managing the sound.
